Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to develop our sales and marketing processes for our customers. As a member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include:
- Daily contacting and communication with our new and existing customers
- Enhancing our sales process together with our worldwide partner network
- Developing our customer database (Salesforce CRM) together with our sales team
- Participating in trade fairs and marketing efforts
In order to succeed in this position, you should have knowledge about B2B sales, B2B marketing processes, and software industry. Our main products are first-class telecommunications software products, so good understanding of networking (especially AAA), software, and telecommunications industry is a definite asset. Also, willingness and ability to network with our customers will help you to succeed.
As a member of our team, you should have ability and interest to learn about the things we do for our customers. Our customer base is global, we have customers in more than 180 countries worldwide, so it is important you are fluent in English and have good interpersonal and intercultural skills. The position may also require travelling
